Following the implementation of COVID-19 restrictions in Wales the Welsh Government commissioned a review into the impact on air quality of the lockdown period. We are pleased to publish the provisional analysis of this data taken from the Welsh Air Quality Network, covering February to May 2020, alongside analysis of the data from a public health perspective by Public Health Wales.
The provisional report outlines trends in Air Quality data for NO2, O3, PM10, PM2.5 and Black Carbon during the reporting period.
